All educational work-shops will be developed using insight gained via course feedback from the many courses Kate has taught on over the years, underpinned with latest evidence based clinical practice so they are not only informative but clinically relevant and may be easily applied to your clinical practice.

1:1 Mentoring
This may focus on clinical development, service development or a hybrid model of both.

One-off session online covering specific topics or series of online sessions (max 1.5 hours each).

Joint clinic: Kate will visit you in your clinic and support in joint assessments of a clinical list developed from your clinical practice. This “on the job” learning will facilitate you developing clinical skills/reasoning as you discuss your management of each patient seen.
Group Mentoring
Sign up for a series of small group monthly sessions over 3-6 months.

Each session will last 1.5 hours and cover an educational topic ( determined by you) and the opportunity to discuss clinical cases and collectively brainstorm clinical conundrums that may have been bothering you!
About Kate
Kate Walsh
(Kate Walsh BSc (Hons) Post Grad Cert. (masters level) Continence MSCP HCPC POGP)
Kate has accrued over 25 year’s experience working as a pelvic physiotherapist within many different NHS and private settings.
Kate not only has a wealth of clinical experience across the full spectrum of pelvic floor dysfunction, but also gained much insight into developing/managing services through her current roles as clinical lead/manager, re-developing the Pelvic Physiotherapy service at Liverpool Women’s NHS Trust and as Clinical Project Lead for the Perinatal Pelvic Health Service programme across Cheshire and Merseyside.
These roles have been supported by her completion of an MSc Leadership/management practice and recent membership of the Chartered Managers Institute.
Education plays a central role in Kate’s professional life tutoring on many educational platforms including POGP, Pelvic Health Academy and Mummy MOT.
She also delivers her own pelvic health education packages on a variety of topics to, not only physiotherapists, but professionals from the wider multi-disciplinary team including Osteopaths, clinical nurse specialists, GPs, midwives and health visitors.
