The Mummy MOT® is the UK's most comprehensive post-natal check-up, and is designed specifically to assess your posture, and how your pelvic floor and abdominal muscles are recovering after birth.

If they're not, then we can provide you with exercises and treatment to help you in

your recovery.

Kate is not only a registered Mummy MOT® practitioner, but also a tutor on their course.
